Last updated: May 22, 2026. These terms cover the DMXReady website, free Workspace, recommendations, Smart App previews, hosted launch, source-code paths, refunds, and related services.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of DMXReady, including the public website, free Workspace, Smart App recommendations, draft previews, hosted launch paths, source-code download paths, support, and related services.
By creating an account, signing in with a social provider, saving a recommendation, using a Workspace, launching a hosted Smart App, downloading source code, or otherwise using DMXReady, you agree to these terms.
The free Workspace lets you save recommendations, drafts, and previews. No credit card is required for the free Workspace. Paid features, hosted launch, expanded capacity, source-code access, or other commercial options may require a paid plan or separate checkout.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure, using accurate information, maintaining control of your email and authentication methods, and notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may not use DMXReady to attack, disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, scrape, abuse, or bypass security, usage, billing, domain-lock, or launch controls.
DMXReady is designed for a builder tribe with broad creation possibilities. You may use DMXReady to explore ideas, generate Smart App recommendations, create drafts, preview app experiences, and choose a hosted or source-code launch path.
You are responsible for the ideas, prompts, content, websites, business information, files, and instructions you submit. You must have the rights needed to use that material and to publish, embed, launch, or distribute resulting outputs.
You may not use DMXReady to create or distribute unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, harmful, or malicious content, or to violate the rights, privacy, safety, or security of others.
DMXReady uses AI and automation to generate recommendations, drafts, content, app structures, and other outputs. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or require human review. You are responsible for reviewing and approving outputs before using them publicly or commercially.
DMXReady does not provide legal, financial, medical, compliance, tax, or other professional advice. Smart App recommendations and generated content are business and software-assistance outputs, not a replacement for professional review where required.
We may limit, suspend, or block generation, preview, launch, download, or account access if we detect abuse, policy violations, excessive usage, payment failure, security concerns, or operational risk.
Hosted Smart Apps are operated by DMXReady and may depend on your plan, domain settings, embed configuration, and ongoing account status. Hosted access may be paused or disabled if required billing, security, or usage conditions are not met.
Source-code downloads, where offered, give you an ownership and portability path for the code or package made available through DMXReady. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, DMXReady retains ownership of its platform, templates, systems, brand, underlying methods, infrastructure, design patterns, and service code.
You are responsible for any third-party hosting, deployment, customization, maintenance, security, licensing, and compliance obligations after downloading or modifying source-code materials.
Paid plans, hosted launch paths, source-code options, add-ons, services, or other purchases are presented at checkout or in the product interface. Prices, features, capacity, and availability may change over time.
Unless required by law or expressly stated in a separate written policy, digital products, source-code downloads, and activated hosted services are not automatically refundable.
You may cancel paid services according to the cancellation flow available in the product or payment portal. Cancelling may reduce, pause, or remove access to paid features, hosted apps, launch capacity, support levels, or source-code options.
DMXReady offers digital software, hosted Smart Apps, workspace access, credits, source/download paths, and related services. Because these services may be activated, consumed, generated, or delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once access, hosting, source files, or digital delivery have been provided.
If something does not work as expected, contact support and we will make a reasonable effort to help resolve the issue. In limited cases, DMXReady may provide a refund, credit, or account adjustment at its discretion.
Hosted app usage and source-code or download purchases are not refundable once used, activated, or delivered, unless required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
DMXReady, including its brand, website, platform, workflows, Smart App factory systems, templates, software, documentation, designs, and service infrastructure, is owned by DMXReady or its licensors.
You retain rights to the original content, business information, and materials you submit, subject to the license needed for DMXReady to process, host, generate, preview, support, and deliver the services you request.
You may not remove DMXReady notices, resell the service as your own platform, copy protected platform functionality, or use DMXReady branding in a misleading way without written permission.
DMXReady relies on third-party services for authentication, hosting, database storage, payments, email, analytics, AI generation, security, and other functions. Your use of those connected features may also be subject to third-party terms and policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, integrations, or tools that we do not control, even if they are linked from or connected to DMXReady.
DMXReady is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every use case, or that generated outputs will meet every business, legal, technical, or commercial requirement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DMXReady will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, lost-profit, lost-revenue, lost-data, business-interruption, or reputational damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim related to DMXReady will be limited to the amount you paid to DMXReady for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event, or one hundred Canadian dollars if you used only free services.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk, fail to pay required fees, misuse the service, or if continued access would create legal, security, or operational concerns. You may stop using DMXReady at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
