This Privacy Policy explains how DMXReady collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit our website, create a free Workspace, save Smart App recommendations, preview drafts, launch hosted apps, download source-code assets, or contact us for support.
DMXReady is built for creators, business owners, agencies, and builders who want to turn ideas, websites, and business goals into Smart Apps. The information we collect is used to provide that Workspace and launch experience safely.
2. Information we collect
Account information: name, email address, authentication provider details, password authentication state, Workspace membership, role, and saved preferences such as remembered email on your device.
Workspace and Smart App information: website URLs, business goals, prompts, answers, recommendations, draft app content, preview settings, launch configuration, source-code requests, and related project metadata you choose to provide.
Billing and plan information: plan selection, subscription status, credit usage, invoice status, and payment processor identifiers. Full card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by DMXReady.
Technical and usage information: IP address, browser, device, approximate location derived from network data, pages visited, app interactions, security logs, error logs, and performance data.
Support information: messages, attachments, screenshots, and other details you send when asking for help or providing feedback.
3. How we use information
We use information to create and secure your account, save recommendations and drafts, operate your Workspace, generate Smart App previews, manage hosted launch paths, provide source-code access where applicable, process billing, provide support, improve product quality, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
We may use Workspace inputs and generated outputs to provide the service to you, troubleshoot issues, measure quality, and improve the reliability of DMXReady systems. We do not sell your personal information to advertisers.
4. AI processing and service providers
DMXReady uses third-party service providers for functions such as authentication, hosting, database storage, payments, email delivery, analytics, security monitoring, and AI generation. These providers process information only as needed to help us deliver the service.
When you ask DMXReady to generate a recommendation, draft, preview, or other Smart App output, your prompts, website details, and relevant Workspace context may be sent to AI providers to produce the requested result. Do not submit sensitive personal, financial, medical, legal, or confidential third-party information unless you have the right to do so and understand that it may be processed by our service providers.
5. When we share information
We share information with service providers that help us operate DMXReady, with payment processors for billing, with support and security vendors where needed, and with legal or regulatory authorities if required by law or to protect DMXReady, our users, or the public.
If you launch or embed a Smart App, information necessary to render that app, enforce domain rules, and operate the hosted experience may be used in connection with the public or embedded app experience you choose to publish.
6. Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies
We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, protect sessions, understand product usage, and improve the experience. For example, the auth screen may remember your email on your device when you choose that option. Your password is not stored in local storage by that feature.
You can control cookies and storage through your browser settings, but some account, Workspace, and security features may not work correctly if they are blocked.
7. Retention, security, and your choices
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and the reason it was collected.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you are responsible for using a strong password and protecting access to your account.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or object to certain uses of your personal information. Contact us to make a privacy request.
8. International use, updates, and contact
DMXReady may process information in Canada, the United States, and other countries where our providers operate. By using DMXReady, you understand that information may be transferred and processed outside your province, state, or country.
